Free shipping across Canada. No minimum, nothing added at checkout.

How long it actually takes

Every item: 5 to 12 business days, and every order ships with tracking.

Those are the real numbers. We would rather put them here than have you find out on day nine. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Tracking is emailed once the parcel is scanned. We hold a small amount of stock ourselves and the rest is packed and sent by the manufacturing partners we buy from, which is how a one-person shop can offer free shipping. Either way the order is ours: we handle the tracking, the questions and the refunds.

If it does not turn up

If tracking has not moved in 10 business days, or you are 5 business days past the window above, email hello@shedwell.ca. We chase the carrier, and if it is genuinely lost you get a refund or a replacement, your choice.

Duties and fees

Prices are in Canadian dollars. We have not seen these small parcels attract a fee on delivery, but we are not going to promise something a border agency decides. If you are ever charged one, send us the receipt and we refund it.
