How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 12 business days to most Canadian addresses. Rural, remote and northern communities can take longer. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out on day fourteen.
Where it ships from
We are based in Edmonton, Alberta. Orders are dispatched by our supply partners, which is how shipping stays free on a $49.90 order instead of being quietly built into the price.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not at the moment. We ship to Canadian addresses only.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, email us and we will chase it. If it is lost in transit, we replace it or refund you. That is our problem to solve, not yours.
Returns
Sixty days, and you do not ship anything back. If the Frontline does not change your walks, email us within 60 days and we refund you in full. You keep the harness. No forms, no photographs, no return label.
