Email us at hello@shedwell.ca. We reply within one business day, and a person reads every message.

Shedwell is one person in Edmonton, Alberta. If you are asking whether the Frontline will fit your dog, tell us the breed and the chest measurement and we will answer honestly, even if the answer is no.

Already ordered and something is wrong? Email us before anything else. The 60-day refund does not need a form, a photo, or the item shipped back.
